Privacy, in plain words. What we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.

Spacejot Pte. Ltd. (“Spacejot”, “we”, “us”) makes Spacejot: the website at www.spacejot.ai, the web app, the desktop app for Mac and Windows, and the iPhone app. This policy explains what we do with your personal data in all of them.

We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). If you live somewhere with its own privacy law, such as the EU or the UK, you also have the rights that law gives you.

Your account

Your name and email, and your password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form. If you sign in with Google, we get your Google name, email and profile photo. If you choose to add them: your company name and a WhatsApp number.

Your work

The plans, PDFs, DWG files, photos, sketches and 3D models you upload; your projects and drawings, with anything you type into them (such as a client’s name or address on a title block or a quotation); the renders and images you make, and the prompts behind them; your chats with the design agent in the iPhone app.

Your team

Your workspace, its members and their roles, and the email addresses you send invitations to.

Payments

Stripe holds your card and billing address. We keep the card’s brand, last four digits and expiry date, your invoices, and your plan. For App Store purchases, we keep the transaction records Apple sends us.

Technical details

For each signed-in session: your IP address, your browser or device type, and when you were last active. On iPhone, a notification token if you allow notifications. We never collect your precise location.

When you contact us

Your emails and messages, so we can help you.

• To run Spacejot: sign you in, keep your projects, turn your plans into 3D models, and render them.
• To bill you for your plan and credits.
• To email you what you need: sign-in codes, password resets, invitations, receipts, and important changes to Spacejot.
• To help you and keep Spacejot working. When needed, our team can open your account to answer a support request, fix a problem, or check that results come out right.
• To keep accounts safe, for example by spotting an account signed in from two places at once.
• To meet our legal duties, such as tax records.

We never: sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on your work.

When you use the design agent, renders or image tools, the files, prompts and messages involved go to the AI provider that does the work (see who we share it with). They process it to send back your result.

We don’t use your uploads, projects or chats to train AI models. On the website, your chats with the design agent stay in your browser; clearing your browser’s data deletes them. In the iPhone app they’re saved to your account, so you can pick them up again.

Connected AI apps. If you connect an AI app such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your account, it can read and change your projects, as you approved on the consent screen. That app’s own privacy policy covers what it does with them. You can disconnect it any time from your account’s connected apps.

We share personal data only:

• With the services that run Spacejot for us: cloud hosting and storage, AI providers (for renders, image editing and the design agent), email delivery, payments (Stripe and Apple) and Sign in with Google. They use it only to provide their service, under terms that protect it as this policy does.
• With your team, when you share a project with it. Your company’s admins can see how much each member uses Spacejot.
• When the law requires it, or to protect people’s safety or our rights.
• With a buyer, if Spacejot is ever sold or merged. We’ll tell you before your data moves to a new policy.
• With anyone else, only if you ask us to.

• A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. The desktop app uses one more while you sign in.
• Your browser’s own storage remembers your theme, your layout and, on the website, your chats with the design agent.
• Stripe’s checkout on the billing page, and YouTube videos in our tutorials, may set their own cookies.

Because we only use cookies Spacejot needs to work, there’s no cookie banner. If you block cookies, you won’t be able to sign in.

Notifications

To tell you when your design is ready.

You can change any of these in iOS Settings → Spacejot. The app has no advertising identifier, no third-party tracking or ad code, and doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Your sign-in is kept in the iPhone’s Keychain.

• Your account and your work: while your account is open. Deleting a project deletes its files too.
• Payment records and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Sign-in sessions: until you sign out or they expire.
• Emails with us: as long as we need them to help you.

Change your details in your account settings, or ask us to.

Delete your account

Email shaun@spacejot.ai from your account’s email address. Within 30 days we delete your account and everything in it: projects, files, renders and chats. We keep only what the law makes us keep, such as invoices.

Withdraw consent

Tell us to stop using your data for something. If Spacejot needs it to work, we’ll explain what that means for your account.

We reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission, or to the regulator where you live.

Your account, your files and our database are stored in Singapore. To give you results, some of the services that work for us, such as AI providers, may process data in other countries. When your data leaves Singapore, we make sure it stays protected to the standard Singapore’s law asks for, through those services’ data protection terms.

Everything travels over encrypted connections, and passwords are hashed. In Spacejot, your work is shown only to you, to your team for projects you share, and to our team when they need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you think a child has given us their data, email us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy as Spacejot changes. For an important change, we’ll email you or show a notice in Spacejot before it takes effect.
